Hoffbauer Courtney possesses extensive experience in nursing and healthcare leadership, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the orthopedic unit at Naples Community Hospital from 2003 to 2005. Transitioning into more senior roles, Hoffbauer served as a Staff Nurse specializing in Orthopedic/Neuro care at Memorial Hospital University of Colorado Health from 2007 to 2011, advancing to Patient Service Administrator in 2011-2012. Hoffbauer's expertise continued to grow at UCHealth, holding several key positions, including Clinical Nurse Manager of the Orthopaedic/Spine unit, Associate Chief Nursing Officer, and Director of Inpatient Services for Grandview Hospital and Memorial Hospital North until September 2024.
