Leila Kangas

Leila Kangas is a passionate continuous improvement professional and a certified change leader (Prosci). Currently, they serve as the CEO and Founder of LeanOn Oy and hold the position of Vice President of Operations Practice at Lean Focus. Leila has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Director of the Danaher Business System Office and Lean Director at Envista Holdings Corporation, where they built continuous improvement capabilities. They also held positions at KaVo Kerr Group, PaloDEx Group Oy, Munters Oy, and Ensto, focusing on materials management, production control, and project management. Leila earned a Specialist Qualification in Management from the Management Institute of Finland and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance from EVTEK University of Applied Sciences.
