Derek is also the President of Executive Search at Evolve HR Solutions, dedicated to simplifying the hiring process for clients. As the CEO of Bottle Rocket Search Co., Derek focuses on identifying top talent in the real estate and coworking industries. With a background in End to End Supply Chain Executive Search, Derek has held leadership positions at various companies, including The Edge Partnership, Proco Global Group, and Ignite Technical Resources. Derek holds a Post Grad degree from The University of British Columbia and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Calgary.
