Monique Lui

Monique Lui is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Partner in the Manufacturing Practice at Lean Six Search since November 2023. Prior to this role, Monique was a Recruitment Manager in the Supply Chain Division at Winchesters from July 2023 to November 2023, and previously held the position of Head of Supply Chain & Procurement Recruitment at DSJ Global from January 2020 to July 2023. At DSJ Global, Monique specialized in the recruitment of procurement and supply chain professionals across various operational fields. Earlier experience includes roles as a Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Monique has also held customer service roles as a Merchandise Cast Member at Walt Disney World and completed an internship in Human Resources at Ocean Park Corporation. Monique holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
