Ellen R. Skoviera

Ellen R. Skoviera has extensive experience in educational administration, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer at Leander Independent School District since August 1994. With a background in financial oversight and policy, Ellen was a member of ASBO International from 1992 to 2015 and previously held the position of ombudsman at the Texas Department of Insurance in 1994.
