Kristen Darling

Kristen Darling, M.Ed, currently serves as a Substitute Teacher with Leander ISD, providing tailored support to middle school students with varying needs, including those who are gifted, on grade level, or struggling with specific subjects. Previously, Kristen operated Kristen Darling Services as a Career Coach from July 2011 to May 2023, assisting individuals with resume optimization, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Additionally, Kristen's experience includes a role as a Substitute Teacher with ESS, focusing on special needs students, and a position as a Teacher in Fairfax County Public Schools, where instruction was delivered to 7th and 8th graders across diverse learning capabilities. Kristen holds a Master of Education in Secondary Social Studies from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in European History and Women's Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
