Terra Bowen

Terra Bowen is a dedicated school psychologist with experience in the public school system since completing the NASP approved School Psychology program at Sam Houston State University. Currently at Leander ISD since August 2018, Terra Bowen conducts psycho-educational assessments, develops Individualized Educational Plans, provides counseling, consults with staff and families, and participates in crisis intervention efforts. Terra Bowen also served as a Special Education Advocacy and Special Education Mediation Instructor at Conflict Resolution Training Inc. from December 2022 to February 2024, focusing on conflict resolution between families and school districts for the benefit of children with special needs. Prior experience includes work as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology at Humble ISD from August 2015 to June 2018. Terra Bowen holds a Specialist in School Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University, as well as an Associate of Science in Psychology from Navarro College.
