Kristi Noble

Kristi Noble currently serves as the Director of People Operations at LeanDNA since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kristi held the position of Senior Manager of People & Culture at Case Works from November 2023 to March 2024 and was the Director of People at Spruce from May 2022 to October 2023. Kristi's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at WGI from January 2019 to April 2022, and as Recruiting & HR Manager at BIG RED DOG Engineering | Consulting, a division of WGI, from October 2016 to January 2019. Kristi began a career in human resources at Circuit of The Americas as Manager of Human Resources and Human Resource Generalist from January 2014 to October 2016, and earlier worked as a Human Resource Representative at Golfsmith International from June 1998 to February 2001. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University between 1993 and 1998.
