Amy Koran

Amy Koran is currently an Agile Coach and Director of Success at LeanDog. Prior to that, they were a Business System Analyst at Westfield Insurance from March 2017 to December 2017. Before working at Westfield Insurance, Amy was a Consultant at DimpleDough from August 2012 to December 2012 where they were an Agile B/A and Project Manager for a small project. Amy's longest period of employment was with Dix 1898, Inc. from February 2011 to February 2017 where they were an Independent Contractor – Project Manager. In this role, they led projects to successful conclusions by facilitating scope, managing customer expectations, monitoring day-to-day execution and ensuring the project was on schedule and within budget. Amy also handled communication between the project team, program manager, senior management and stakeholders, and tracked and regularly reported project status, including issues and risks. In addition, Amy developed complex requirements for process and system solutions within the assigned business domain by working closely with stakeholders and appropriate IT teams.
