We are currently seeking an experienced and resilient Senior Partner Success Manager. This unique role focuses on managing partner relationships, particularly those engaged in complex projects involving their clients. Connected remote, based close to one of our offices in Bonn, Germany, Munich, Germany, Berlin, Germany, Boston, Massachusetts

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with partner project teams using SAP LeanIX, focussing on continuous management.
  • Support partner project teams using SAP LeanIX in complex projects, ensuring they adhere to established best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with SAP LeanIX's partner management, sales, customer success, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies that optimize partner success.
  • Bring expertise in RISE with SAP, S/4HANA transformations and Enterprise Architecture Management to drive partner value.
  • Effectively multi-task and navigate high-complexity, high-stake environments to ensure timely, successful project deliverables.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within partner projects, in close collaboration with partner sales managers
  • Track, analyze, and report on key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a Master's Degree being a plus.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of solid experience in partner management, project management, or related roles.
  • Proven resilience in managing partners and steering projects of high complexity.
  • Expertise in RISE with SAP, S/4HANA transformations and Enterprise Architecture Management.
  • Excellent communications skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport swiftly.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
  • Experience with partner relationship management software is preferable
  • Ability to negotiate in multiple languages in EMEA or US is a plus: Fluent in English for all territories; for some territories fluent in additional languages are a must: German and English. Any other European languages are a plus.
