Amaury de Laportaliere

Amaury de Laportaliere has extensive experience in corporate development and management, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at SAP since January 2008, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects. Notable achievements include support for major transactions such as Sybase and SuccessFactors, as well as numerous acquisitions including LeanIX and CallidusCloud. Amaury also holds leadership roles at LeanIX as Managing Director for its French subsidiary and as President & CEO of SAP France Holding. Previous positions include Deputy CEO at SAP Signavio, Chairman of the board at SAP France, and leadership roles at Contextor SAS and Coresystems AG. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from ENSEEIHT, Amaury combines technical expertise with strategic insight in the software industry.
