Julian Ludwig has a diverse work experience. Julian began their career in 2013 at GO! General Overnight & Express Logistik GmbH, where they worked as a Microsoft Dynamics AX specialist on a part-time basis until 2018. In 2018, they joined LeanIX as a Customer Support Engineer and also took on the role of Salesforce-Administrator. Julian then progressed to becoming a Solution Engineer, Senior Solution Engineer, and most recently, the Head of Solution Engineering for EMEA/APAC at LeanIX.

Julian Ludwig completed their education at the Industrie- und Handelskammer Bonn/Rhein-Sieg from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung. Prior to that, they attended Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2018, majoring in Informatik. In addition to their education, they have obtained various certifications such as Young Leaders - The Sales Engineering Leadership Training from Sales Hero GmbH in June 2022, Design Thinking in a Nutshell from SAP in 2021, LeanIX Certified EA Practitioner from LeanIX in July 2020, Salesforce Certified Administrator in 2018, and The hero's journey of the Sales Engineer from Sales Hero GmbH in September 2020.
