Kayas Fayyaz has an extensive work experience in digital marketing and strategy. They are currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing (Global) at LeanIX, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Digital Marketing Director (Global) at Anaplan from June 2018 to June 2021. They also served as the Omnichannel Strategy Leader (UKI) at Cisco from March 2017 to March 2018 and as the Head of Digital Strategy (EMEA) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in August-October 2016. Before that, they worked as the Head of Marketing Operations (EMEA) at Experian from June 2012 to June 2016. Their experience also includes a role as the Digital Strategy Manager (UKI) at Willis from November 2010 to May 2012, where they were responsible for various digital initiatives. Their career in digital marketing started in 2006, working first for AXA as a Digital Marketing Executive and later moving to agency side, providing digital consultancy services to various businesses.

Kayas Fayyaz attended Canterbury Christ Church University from 2003 to 2006 and obtained a BA (Joint Honours) degree in Marketing and Media Studies.
