Marlene Jung's work experience includes the following roles:

- Head of Product Management - Adoption & Collaboration at LeanIX since November 2023 (ongoing).

- Senior Product Manager at LeanIX from April 2021 to November 2023. In this role, they were responsible for product discovery in a B2B environment, conducting customer interviews and product analytics. Marlene also developed a concept to enhance collaboration and actionability of a SaaS Enterprise Architecture Management tool. Additionally, Marlene was involved in agile planning and implementation as part of the Scrum team.

- Product Owner at Another Monday | Intelligent Automation from January 2018 to March 2021.

- IT Management Consultant in the Division Industry & Services at Detecon International GmbH from February 2016 to December 2017.

- IT Solution Management Expert at Deutsche Post from October 2015 to February 2016.

Marlene Jung earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management and Economics from Ruhr University Bochum in 2013. Marlene then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) with honors in Management from the same university, completing it in 2015. In 2014, Marlene participated in an ERASMUS-Exchange program at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in User Interface/User Experience Design from Ironhack. Marlene has also obtained various additional certifications, including LeanIX Certified Enterprise Architecture Practitioner and LeanIX Certified Value Stream Management (VSM) Practitioner (Level 1) from LeanIX, IT Fundamentals for Business Professionals from edX, and UI/UX Design Bootcamp from Ironhack.
