Moataz Ahmed

Moataz Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Moataz currently holds the position of Lead Solution Engineer at LeanIX, starting in 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Solution Engineer at LeanIX from November 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining LeanIX, Moataz worked at Sumerge from January 2019 to November 2020 as a Presales Engineer. Moataz'sresponsibilities included researching new technologies, providing technical solutions to potential customers, and facilitating communication between the sales and professional services teams.

From October 2017 to January 2019, Moataz worked at IST Networks as an Application Development Team Lead, specializing in international client relationship management. Moataz led a team of 7 developers and oversaw the development and implementation of call center telephony systems for major banks and financial institutions.

Prior to IST Networks, Moataz was employed at Dell EMC as a Technical Support Engineer II from February 2015 to September 2017. Moataz was responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving complex customer service matters related to enterprise case management software.

Going further back, Moataz worked at IST Networks from October 2010 to 2015 as a Senior Application Developer. In this role, they led the development and implementation of call center telephony systems, including the integration of front-end systems and CRM databases.

Moataz Ahmed completed a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Computing Studies with a Minor in Management from RMIT University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Moataz has also obtained various certifications, including the LeanIX Certified Practitioner (Level 1), LeanIX Certified Value Stream Management (VSM) Practitioner (Level 1), LeanIX Certified EA Associate, LeanIX Cloud Native Practitioner Certification, and several others related to software architecture, agile methodologies, and cloud computing.
