Victoria Muehlhaupt has a diverse work experience. Victoria started their career as a Student Intern at ADEN Immo GmbH in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Student Intern at the Vertretung des Freistaates Bayern bei der EU in two different departments. Later in 2016, they interned in International Sales at RENÉSIM.com. From 2017 to 2021, they joined XING Events GmbH and held various roles, including Customer Service Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they moved to LeanIX as a Customer Success Associate and later became a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success Management Mid-Market EMEA at LeanIX, responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies and leading a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Victoria Muehlhaupt earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Deutsch-Französische Studien from the University of Regensburg, Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand, and Université franco-allemande Deutsch-Französische Hochschule UFA DFH, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016. Victoria also obtained their Abitur degree from Gymnasium Gröbenzell from 2005 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they have achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER, LeanIX Certified Value Stream Management (VSM) Practitioner (Level 1) from LeanIX, SaaS Contract Management Certification Training from LeanIX, Application Rationalization Certification Training from LeanIX, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER, and LeanIX Practitioner Level 1 Certification from LeanIX.
