Will Botterman

Will Botterman has held various roles in the technology industry since 2000. Will began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Nortel in 2000, followed by a role as a Project Manager - Customer Transfers and Senior Product Engineer at Flextronics from 2006 to 2009. Will then held a Consultant role at Motive Industries in 2009, and a Senior Ecosystem Program Manager at SMART Technologies from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Will became the Director of Operations at Kito Canada, and in 2014 they assumed the role of General Manager at BOMA Precision Architectural Products. Most recently, in 2021, Will took on a dual-focused Senior Director role at Leankor, overseeing all aspects of Customer Success and corporate finance, human resource, legal and IT functions.

Will Botterman attended the University of Calgary from 1995 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Manufacturing Engineering.
