Jessica Starck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica is currently the Chief Operating Officer at LeanMed, LLC, where they are responsible for delivering a plan to provide supplemental oxygen to rural health centers in low-to-middle income countries. Their role includes addressing environmental, financial, and infrastructure restrictions, as well as executing cost/benefit analysis and planning on O2Cube operations.

Jessica also served as a Graduate Student at the University of Pittsburgh from 2019 to 2021, and as an Associate Quality Engineer at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions from 2016 to 2019. In these roles, they implemented and ensured the compliance of product acceptance procedures, investigated and solved product quality issues, and executed workload analysis.

Before that, Jessica was an Industrial Engineer II at Honeywell FM&T from 2014 to 2016, where they created cycle time metrics for Logistics departments, evaluated and prioritized process improvement opportunities, and served as an active member of the ERP Council and Chemical Management Team. Jessica also worked as a Student Administrative Specialist at Honeywell FM&T in 2013, where they developed a process for material distribution and supervised material suppliers.

Jessica's earlier experiences include roles as an Engineering Project Manager Intern at Henkel in 2012 and as a Market Research Engineering Intern at ZF Friedrichshafen in 2011.

Jessica Starck completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Jessica obtained a certification titled "Build a Successful Career in Project Management" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
