Nikolay Hristov has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Nikolay began their career in 1999 as an Air Cargo/Road Executive at TNT, where they created offers to customers, coordinated air cargo movement, and booked flights. In 2001, they were promoted to Sales Department Manager at TNT, where they were responsible for achieving revenue, service quality, and profit targets, as well as recruiting, inducting, developing, motivating, and assessing sales staff. In the same year, they were also promoted to Special Services Department Manager, where they were responsible for the same tasks. In 2010, they moved to FedEx - FCB as National Sales & Marketing Manager, where they provided leadership and vision to the organization and was responsible for the cash flow and overall financial health of the company. In 2012, they became CEO & Partner at eTransportal. In 2016, they joined INA Trading Ltd as Commercial Director. In 2018, they moved to eTr as Sales and Marketing Enhancer. In 2019, they joined eSky as Business Travel Management, Sales & KAM. In 2020, they were promoted to Commercial Manager BTM at eSky. Currently, they are an Account Manager Growth at Leanplum (a CleverTap company), where they are primarily responsible for account management, overall customer health, and processing renewal service contracts across APAC & EMEA customer base. Nikolay is also acting as an implementation project manager supporting the customers onboarding process.

Nikolay Hristov has a Master's degree in International Business Relations from the University of National and World Economy, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management of Commerce from the same university, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Nikolay also has a IATA / FIATA Dangerous Goods Agent License Certificate from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), as well as a Sales Excellence - Platinum certificate from the Academy Of Sales Excellence. Nikolay is currently in the process of obtaining a PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) certificate from New Horizons.
