Project and Facilities Manager at Leanplum

Sonia Tajirian has over 20 years of experience in project and facility management. Sonia began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Vice President/Project Manager/Facility Manager/Planner at Wells Fargo Bank. During their tenure, they designed, remodeled and maintained California administrative offices up to 300 projects ranging from $20,000 to $6,300,000. In 2006, they joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Project Manager and managed the densification of the campus in Mountain View, California by 8%. Sonia then joined CBRE on the Washington Mutual account, where they managed retail, administrative and maintenance projects ranging from $5,000 to $4,200,000 through California. Sonia was also responsible for completing the decommission efforts associated with 377,000 square feet of office space and implemented the relocation of 800 staff within a 3 month period. In 2010, they joined CBRE on the Google Account as a Project Manager and managed design and construction projects for Google in Northern California for both administrative and lab space. In 2014, they joined Bank of America as a Project Manager and managed a $32M downtown San Francisco densification initiative resulting in reduction of 120,000 square feet of space. In 2016, they joined CBRE as a Project Manager and managed branch remodel projects from $15,000 to $250,000. Sonia also managed roll out of new eATMs installation and introduced several process improvement ideas. In 2018, they joined Leanplum as a Project and Facilities Manager and was responsible for real estate and facility management efforts. Sonia also worked in collaboration with the CFO and People and Places team in San Francisco and with international offices.

Sonia Tajirian attended the University of California, Berkeley and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Architecture.
