Bhushan Lanjekar

Bhushan Lanjekar has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Bhushan is currently employed at Leanspace as the User Experience Design Lead for both Product and Design System. Prior to this role, Bhushan worked at Amdocs as the Lead UI/UX Designer for Product from February 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Amdocs, Bhushan held the position of Lead UX Designer at InfoBeans for the period of August 2017 to January 2018.

From July 2012 to June 2017, Bhushan worked at KPIT as the Manager for UI/UX/Graphics design. Their responsibilities included managing a team of designers and overseeing UI/UX projects for both internal and external clients. Bhushan also had roles in streamlining processes, maintaining quality control, and handling visual communication and branding projects.

Prior to that, Bhushan worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at Ventura from January 2010 to June 2011. Bhushan also worked at IBM as the Lead for Scheduling and Planning WFM from November 2006 to January 2010 and at EXL as a Senior Executive for WFM from 2004 to 2006.

From 1999 to 2000, Bhushan Lanjekar attended Edit Institute where they earned a Diploma in Graphics & Web Design with a focus on Graphic Design.
