Amber Adams, MBA

Amber Adams, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to present. In 2020, they began their role as Project Manager at LeanSwift Inc. where they manage billable ERP implementation projects and consulting team members from initiation through delivery. Prior to that, they served as Program Manager-ERP Implementation at the University of Arkansas from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they facilitated collaboration between the core Project One team and the University, oversaw multi-function project teams, and managed the program through the stages of specification, implementation, testing, delivery, and deployment. From 2014 to 2019, they held roles at Elkem Silicones and Bluestar Silicones. At Elkem Silicones, they served as Project and Product Manager, managing new development projects from concept to commercialization and creating project plans. At Bluestar Silicones, they served as Technical Service and Development Representative.

Amber Adams holds an MBA from Walden University, which they obtained in 2018. Amber previously obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Winthrop University in 2014. Before that, they attended Spring Valley High School from 2004 to 2008.
