Melanie Spaete

Melanie Spaete has a comprehensive work history starting in 2007. Melanie began their career at Richard Heath and Associates, Inc. as a Project Accountant, where they worked until 2008. Following this, they joined Ruiz Foods as a Temporary Staff Accountant for a year before moving on to Quic Shop Markets, Inc. as an Office Manager from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, Melanie joined Fresno Pacific University as a Staff Accountant for a few months before returning to Ruiz Foods in various roles, including Staff Accountant, Accounting & Treasury Supervisor, and Acting Financial ERP Business Analyst. Melanie remained with Ruiz Foods until 2018. Since then, Melanie has been working at LeanSwift Inc, initially as an M3 Business Consultant, then advancing to Resource Planner and currently serving as the Resource Manager.

Melanie Spaete obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Fresno, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
