Debra Tse

Debra Tse has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Debra started their career as an intern at the Bradford County District Attorney Daniel Barrett in 2010. Debra also worked as a hospital floor clerk at Robert Packer Hospital during the same year. In 2012, they joined the U.S. House of Representatives as an intern, where they conducted research and wrote constituent correspondence.

Later in 2012, Debra worked as a Summer Associate at PwC, where they contributed to an ICD-10 assessment for a healthcare provider and created tools for internal use. Debra continued working with PwC and held various roles, including Associate, Experienced Associate, and Senior Associate. Their responsibilities involved management consulting and process improvement in clinical operations, surgical services, revenue cycle, and workforce management for healthcare providers.

In 2018, Debra joined Slalom as a Consultant, specializing in process excellence and implementing processes across technology companies. Debra then moved to Hospital IQ in 2019 where they held multiple roles, including Customer Success Manager and Senior Solution Design Consultant. In these positions, they managed client relationships, developed software solutions, and provided consultative support for perioperative departments.

Debra's most recent role is as a Product Implementation Manager at LeanTaaS, starting in 2023. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in healthcare consulting, process improvement, and software implementation.

Debra Tse attended Athens Area High School from 2005 to 2009. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Wellesley College from 2009 to 2013 where they earned a B.A. degree. Their field of study at Wellesley College was Economics.
