Kris Franco

Kris Franco is the Head of People at LeanTaaS. Prior to LeanTaaS, Kris was a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Affogato HR Consulting LLC from October 2018 to June 2020. Before that, Kris was the Director of Human Resources at 23andMe from April 2011 to October 2018. From March 2005 to April 2011, Kris was a Staff Human Resources Consultant at Melita Group. From May 2003 to November 2006, Kris was a Human Resources Consultant/Manager at Cendura. Prior to Cendura, Kris was the Director of Human Resources at WebMD from December 1998 to August 2002.

Kris Franco has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from San Jose State University. They also have certification from - in PHRca, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR.
