Raghad al Semari

Raghad Al Semari is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in project management within the government and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia since November 2018, Raghad has held positions such as Senior Project Manager and Projects Manager in EPMO. Additionally, Raghad is the LEAP Program Manager for LEAPandInnovate, overseeing the largest global tech event with a budget exceeding SAR 100 million. Earlier experience includes being a founding team member and Program Manager for the National Technology Development Program and an Assistant Manager at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. Raghad holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from King Saud University and a General Diploma in Education from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
