Alisha M. H. currently serves as the Managing Director at LEAP Academy, starting in January 2025, where the focus is on equipping students with essential business skills and mentorship. Prior to this role, Alisha held key positions at Plannly Health as Chief Operating Officer, leading enterprise sales and strategic market expansion, and at Google for Startups as Co-Chief Executive Officer, gaining valuable mentorship and resources to enhance entrepreneurial pursuits. Alisha's experience also includes participation in the Techstars program, serving as a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity and working as an Account Executive at Mindbody. Additionally, Alisha co-founded Squeezology Corp, which grew significantly from a single market to servicing over 300 retail businesses in the ready-to-drink beverage industry.
