We are a managed delivery firm built on a single thesis- code is a commodity. What remains valuable is knowing what to build and proving it works.

Senior engineers write specs and acceptance criteria. AI agents generate the code. Tests exist before a single line ships. Hyper-scale engineering delivery without scaling headcount. The guard rails and our process is the product.

Leap Agentic delivers hyper scale engineering. The output velocity of a world-class team without the headcount, overhead, or lock-in. We deliver production software for two types of clients.

Transformation ($25–80k/month) For CTOs at 20–200 person companies whose development velocity hasn't meaningfully moved despite AI tool adoption. We rebuild the delivery process around AI as the primary coding engine. Goal: pilot to production in 90 days; your team runs it independently from there.

Factory ($15–50k/month) For funded founders who need a world-class team on a weekly shipping rhythm. You define what to build and own the proof it works. We handle everything else.

Entry point for both paths: a $500 AI Readiness Audit. 45 minutes. Scored assessment across 12 dimensions of your current delivery process. Clear recommended path forward.

Month-to-month contracts. You own all code, specs, and tests on payment.
