Marsha Leap, Ed.D., SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Leadership and HR Consultant and Career Strategist at Leap Ahead Professional Development, LLC, since October 2008, where the focus is on coaching clients to advance their careers. Notable projects include serving as an HR Consultant for Florida Polytechnic University, leading the HR department, and managing talent acquisition processes, along with consulting for a confidential manufacturing company's executive team on preparation for new investors. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Florida Presbyterian Homes, as well as Human Resources and Special Projects Manager at Florida Polytechnic University, where efforts were directed towards transforming HR departments into proactive business partners.
