Rafaela Guimarães Barreiro

Rafaela Guimarães Barreiro currently serves as a Business Development & Growth professional at Leap by DIFC, following a consultancy role at the DIFC Family Wealth Centre. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at the DIFC Innovation Hub, where Rafaela engaged in startup scouting, and as a Business Associate in the highly competitive Dubai Business Associates program. Rafaela has also worked as an Associate at both DIFC Courts, conducting feasibility studies, and Faleck & Associados, specializing in mediation and conflict resolution. Educational qualifications include bachelor’s degrees in Law and Political Science and Government from Faculdades Milton Campos and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, along with an academic exchange at the University of Lisbon. Additional involvement in various mediation and conflict resolution initiatives has further honed skills in negotiation and problem-solving.
