Zak Vickers

Zak Vickers is an experienced professional in corporate development and investment management, currently serving as VP of Corporate Development at LEAP Legal Software since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading the global M&A strategy. Prior to this role, Zak worked at Macquarie Group from 2014 to December 2021, focusing on principal investments and serving as a credit analyst for M&A advisory. Earlier experience includes internships at the German Space Centre, where responsibilities involved instrument development for the Mobile Asteroid Surface Scout relevant to the Hayabusa 2 mission, and at Stellar, where Zak engaged in orbital mechanics and spacecraft control simulations for the Google Lunar X Prize. Zak holds a B.Engineering in Mechatronics (Space) and a B.Commerce in Finance from the University of Sydney, with additional academic experience at The University of Manchester.
