Remco Van Den Elzen

Remco van den Elzen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech and energy sectors. As Co-Founder and COO of Leap since July 2017, Remco has contributed to the development of a trading platform for distributed energy resources, supported by notable investors including Union Square Ventures and Congruent Ventures. Prior to this, Remco held the role of VP Account Management and Senior Director of Business Development at App Annie, where integration of the Distimo sales team and management of key clients were top priorities. Remco co-founded Distimo, a market data provider for the mobile app sector, which was later acquired by App Annie, and also co-founded SST Software, which focused on web-based solutions. Remco holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Business Information Technology, from the University of Twente.
