Karthik Kailash

Karthik Kailash is a seasoned sales executive currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Leap since May 2024. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Karthik has previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Unacademy from October 2019 to March 2024, and served as Senior Vice President & Global Consumer Head of Consumer Business at Simplilearn from October 2017 to September 2019. Karthik's career also includes significant tenure at Standard Chartered Bank, where roles spanned from Country Head of Telesales to various managerial positions over nearly a decade. Karthik began the professional journey at DCBL and Sasken Communications, contributing to sales management and integration efforts. Karthik holds an MBA in Systems Engineering from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University.
