Tanushree Das has a diverse work experience. Tanushree started their career as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank in June 2016 and worked there until November 2017. From August 2018 to August 2021, Tanushree worked as an Inside Sales Team Lead at NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd. Currently, they are the Operations Team Lead at Leap Finance, starting from February 2022.

Tanushree Das received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Assam University in Silchar. Tanushree graduated from the program in 2016.
