Julia Cai

As a Program Associate, Julia works to support the overall operations of Leap Fund with a particular focus on the Benefits Cliff Coaching Program. She received her BA in Mathematics from Yale University and a Master’s in China Studies from Peking University, falling in love with social research along the way.
