Isabella Avidar has been working in the gaming industry since 2007. ✔Isabella began their career at The Nation Traffic as a Marketing Team Leader, Affiliate Manager, and Support Sales Representative. In 2013 they moved to 10Bet as Head of Acquisition, where they were responsible for supervising a team of 3 acquisition managers and executing marketing plans with the CRM team. In 2017, Isabella joined SBTech as a Commercial Account Manager, where they were in charge of all existing customer’s commercials. In 2018, they moved to iCreate: Powerful Digital Marketing Platform as CMO, where they were responsible for digital marketing strategy, including channel selection, content strategy, and budgeting. Finally, in 2022 Isabella joined Leap Gaming as Commercial Director, where they were responsible for managing overall commercial strategy and sales.
Isabella Avidar is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (iMBA) program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Previously, they obtained a B.A in English and Italian Linguistics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2001 and 2006. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Humanication to develop their business communication and negotiation skills.
