LEAP Global helps engineering and tech founders build, scale, and expand businesses globally.

Founded by Hazan Günay, Kubra Koparan, and Udaya Silva, the team behind HSB Solutions, an international aerospace engineering firm grown from zero to a multi-7-figure business in under two years since launching in 2022.

We did not scale through theory.
We built by doing.

Now, we help other engineering and technical founders do the same with clarity, structure, and speed.

LEAP Global provides a practical, execution-focused path for turning deep technical expertise into a scalable, global business.

What We Focus On:

Our work is centered on three core pillars:

1. Strategy Development
Helping founders think clearly, make better decisions, and design a business that works beyond themselves.

2. Positioning & Branding
Turning technical expertise into a clear, credible market position that attracts the right customers and opportunities.

3. Ecosystem & Community of Builders
A trusted circle of engineering founders who support, challenge, and grow alongside each other—sharing lessons, access, and momentum.

The LEAP Framework:

Our approach is anchored in a proven 4-stage system designed specifically for engineers:

L — Liberate Your Mind
Break free from the employee mindset and step into ownership.

E — Execute Your First Business
Turn your expertise into a clear offer and land real customers.

A — Assemble Your Foundation
Build the core systems and processes that enable scale.

P — Position to Scale Globally
Strengthen your brand, visibility, and reach—locally and internationally.

Our Vision:

To become the go-to global platform for engineering and tech founders building serious, sustainable businesses.

Our Mission:

To equip founders with the knowledge, tools, and network required to build thriving businesses and international brands without wasting years figuring it out alone.
