Roman Leal

Roman Leal is the managing partner at LEAP Global Partners. Roman has previous experience working with PayPal, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies & Company, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Capital Management. Roman started their career in 2002 as a sales intern for Wells Capital Management. Roman then became an analyst for Merrill Lynch in 2007 and moved to Jefferies & Company in 2009 where they became the lead associate on smid cap stocks. In 2010, they moved to Goldman Sachs before eventually becoming a managing partner at LEAP Global Partners.

Roman Leal earned their BA in economics and legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
