Andrew Kiel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including disability services, finance, and governance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Disability Intermediaries Australia and as Co-Founder, CEO, and Executive Director at Leap in!, a technology-led social enterprise supporting Australians with disabilities through the NDIS. Andrew has co-founded multiple organizations, including Blue Squirrel, and held significant roles such as Chair of Artisan and Head of Marketing at UnitingCare Queensland. With an educational background in Business Administration and E-Commerce from the University of Notre Dame and Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Andrew possesses a strong foundation in strategy, marketing, and operational transformation.
