Richard Homer currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Leap in!, a position held since January 2018, contributing to the organization’s impact within society alongside a dedicated team. Previous experience includes senior finance roles at QSuper Group and CUA, along with positions at TAL Group and Commonwealth Bank, building a robust financial expertise. Richard's educational background includes training from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a degree in accountancy (FCCA) from the Financial Training College in Birmingham.
