Robbie McCorkell

Robbie McCorkell is the Chief Technology Officer at Leap Labs, focusing on the interpretability of neural networks to enhance scientific discovery since September 2023. Prior to this role, Robbie served as the Principal Engineer (Contract) at Red Badger, contributing to innovative technologies for Selfridges. Robbie also held the position of Director of Development at CARE Fertility, overseeing the merger with Salve and leading combined technical efforts. As Head of Engineering at Salve, Robbie managed the development of a platform connecting IVF clinics with patients. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Lead at Red Badger, where various notable projects were executed for clients like Valloop and Santander. Robbie's career began with roles in software development and engineering, supported by a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Exeter and other educational achievements in physics and mathematics.
