April Yeung

April Yeung is an accomplished legal research specialist at LEAP Legal Software CA since September 2021 and serves as co-founder of Asian Resilience Collective Canada, also starting in June 2021. In addition, April holds a position as policy researcher at STAND Canada, where responsibilities include conducting policy research on migrant and refugee rights in Canada. Previous experience includes working as a legal research assistant at Weedon Law, significantly expanding skills in legal research and communication while completing an online law degree. April's early career features roles as a research assistant at The University of Hong Kong, where project management and qualitative/quantitative research capabilities were enhanced, alongside positions in sales and data collection internships. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, a Master's in Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.
