Kirsteen Forisky

Kirsteen Forisky has had a long and varied work experience in the legal software industry. Kirsteen started their career at LEAP Legal Software in 1994 as a Development Manager and later became the Development Director. In this role, they were responsible for understanding the needs of the legal market and guiding software developers to ensure that the software met those needs. Kirsteen held this position for 20 years until 2015. During their time at LEAP Legal Software, Forisky also served as the General Manager and was thrilled to know that thousands of people were using their software to practice law more efficiently. After leaving LEAP, Forisky joined another company called LEAP Legal Software UK. Kirsteen initially served as the Legal Aid Manager from 2015 to 2019 and then became the Head of Innovation until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Development for CA, UK, & IE at LEAP Legal Software UK. The chronological order of their roles and companies is as follows:
