Matt Langley has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Matt started their career as a Trainee Programmer at James Longley Ltd in 1989, where they gained foundational programming skills. Matt then worked as an Associate Programmer at JBA UK PLC, where they developed software modifications and provided on-site consultancy. Following that, they joined Data Collection Systems as an Analyst Programmer, where they implemented enhancements to existing packages and introduced code reuse, resulting in improved consistency and reduced maintenance costs.

From 1993 to 1997, Matt worked at Sopra Newell & Budge, where they served as a Lead Consultant, leading a team and providing outsourced solutions for blue chip companies and government organizations. Matt built strong client relationships, contributing to the company's business growth and earning recognition and awards.

In 1997, Matt became the Owner of Integrated Computer Enterprises Limited (ICE Ltd), where they operated various websites and provided consultancy and development services to clients. In this role, they worked with clients such as Search Sciences and Advanced System Technologies. Matt remained with ICE Ltd until October 2015.
