Lisa M. Ong

Lisa M. Ong, PCC, CPA, is the President and Founder of Wishing Out Loud LLC, specializing as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) + Belonging Executive Coach and AAPI Speaker since January 2020. With extensive experience as a national diversity and inclusion director and senior HR practitioner, Lisa provides coaching and consulting services as an inclusion connector and HR whisperer. Lisa serves as an executive coach for AAPI business executives through LEAP and advises Zeal IT Consultants on client inclusion needs. Lisa's leadership was recognized as the 2023 Visionary of the Year for leading Team Wishing Out Loud in fundraising efforts for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Prior to current roles, Lisa held multiple leadership positions at PwC, where responsibilities included implementing DEI initiatives and enhancing minority retention and advancement. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Management and Administrative Sciences from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, along with a BBA in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
