Aayush Gupta

Aayush Gupta currently serves as an Advisor at Kelp DAO and Stader Labs, and as a Director at ANY Labs, contributing to product market-fit evaluations and strategic development in liquid staking and investment startups. Previously, Aayush was Head of Ecosystem Growth & Strategy at Router Protocol, where significant scaling of cross-chain bridge volume occurred. As the Director of NEAR India, Aayush led investment strategy and incubated startups, achieving notable user adoption metrics and media recognition. Aayush has also held key roles at Terraform Labs, where incubation efforts resulted in substantial capital influx into the Terra ecosystem, and at J.P. Morgan, focusing on technology and financial analysis. Aayush Gupta holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
