Samera Dewan

Samera Dewan is an experienced professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director of Contract Oil and Energy Global at Leap29 since April 2008, where previous roles included Associate Director and Managing Consultant for Europe. At Leap29, Samera has contributed to establishing a strong international reputation for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. Prior to Leap29, Samera held the position of Senior Associate Director at Comet Group Plc from October 1999 to April 2008, where responsibilities included managing 101 stores in the region, ensuring sales targets were met, and implementing new KPIs for profitability. Samera holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Staffordshire, completed between 1997 and 1999.
