LEAPCare is a literal leap forward in building caring cultures for companies. Our Care Coaches build caring relationships with employees as 'preventative care' for mental health and their overall wellbeing.
LEAPCare provides 24/7/365 access to Care Coaches through proactive, in-person visits to companies, and an easy to access, super simple to use customized web-app.
The results are improved employee engagement, employee retention, and potential cost containment through reducing more costly healthcare claims.
Perhaps you've heard the expression; "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." We believe this works exceptionally well for a wholistic approach to wellness and wellbeing, including mental health, as well as emotional and even spiritual health.
LEAPCare's amazingly high utilization rate through our onsite solution and easy access technology platform allows companies to offer their employees, and family and friends free, unlimited access to our Care Coaches.
If you or your organization are seeking solutions to help address employee engagement, employee retention, and/or mental health support, or how to stem the tide of rising healthcare costs - we'd love to share more with you!
