Kelsea Pinkham

Kelsea is a Maine native with a strong passion for helping others succeed. She proudly serves the small community as a Human Resource Director for a community bank in Farmington. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional. Kelsea co-owns two family run businesses, volunteers on various boards and committees, and coaches youth athletics.

Serving on the Board of Directors for LEAP gives Kelsea the opportunity to make a difference and shake the world in a gentle way.
