Laura Brencher is currently the VP of Advocacy & Growth at Leapcure. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Coordinator Executive at FareShare UK, where they facilitated the redistribution of surplus food from large, supermarket chains to not-for-profit organisations. Laura has also worked as the UK Programme Manager for Uganda at Bridges & Links to Leadership, where they were responsible for designing and delivering intensive interview and training weekends to identify and prepare participants for capacity building roles overseas. Laura is skilled in stakeholder engagement, CRM software, and stay up to date current industry research. Laura is also experienced in developing and updating organisational policies and procedures, as well as designing and monitoring comprehensive risk assessment documents.

Laura Brencher has an MSc in Food and Water Security from Aberystwyth University and a degree in Human Geography from the same school. Laura also has a QCF Level 3 in Business Administration and Management, General from City and Guild.
